Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so if you’ve changed your mind we’ll offer you a refund or an exchange, minus any delivery charges. You will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your order, please ensure that the items are returned to us unused and in the original packaging, as soon as possible. We ask you to ensure that the products are wrapped securely in their original packaging, to ensure no damage is incurred during the return to us. If the products returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage when you do return your package, as we do not accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit. You need to quote your order number when returning products. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. You should note that gift cards are non-returnable.

We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of being used, not in its original condition, not in its original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we have processed your refund, the funds leave our account immediately but it can take up to 10 working days to reach your account.

Damaged or Fault Goods?

If items in your order arrive damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please get in touch with us right away, so that we can put things right for you. You can connect with us via our live chat or email us hello@scentedluxe.co.uk. You will need to quote your order number when you contact us.

To simplify the return and refund process for you, we may ask you to provide photos of the damaged goods or packaging. Please ensure that you keep all boxes and packing material.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card, or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the time stated above, first check your bank account again before contacting your credit or debit card company and/or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially applied to your account by the relevant company.

Exchanges

We will replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange your item for a different one, please get in touch with us.
